Michael's experience prior to Crescent was in strategy consulting and investment management. He is an Executive Director and Founder of Crescent Capital Partners and jointly responsible for the management of the business and investment and strategic analysis of potential and existing portfolio companies.

Michael previously worked as a strategy consultant for the L|E|K Partnership and Bain International, both international strategy consulting firms. In this role he worked predominantly in the areas of restructures, mergers and acquisition, valuation, market entry and development strategies across a number of industry sectors
Andrew McGill, Executive Director and Investment Committee Member

Andrew's experience prior to Crescent was in corporate finance and investment banking. He is an Executive Director and Founder of Crescent Capital Partners and is jointly responsible for management of the business together with investment and strategic analysis of potential and existing portfolio companies.

Previously, Andrew worked as a strategy consultant for the L|E|K Partnership, an international strategy consulting firm. In this role, he provided advice on competitive and market related strategies to major Australian and international companies in a range of industries including healthcare, insurance, distribution and manufacturing.

For seven years until 2000, Andrew worked for Macquarie Bank Limited, initially within its Direct Investment Division which is responsible for the management of Macquarie’s Private Equity business including the Macquarie Investment Trusts. Andrew’s responsibilities included analysis of investment opportunities, deal negotiation and ongoing management of investments in portfolio companies. Andrew also worked in Macquarie’s Equity Capital Markets Division focusing on initial public offerings and equity raisings for smaller, high growth companies.		  

   
David Allen Mortimer AO, Non-Executive Chairman

David has extensive experience as a business leader and company director. Since completing his role as Chief Executive Officer of the worldwide transportation group TNT Limited, David has assumed a number of directorships and advisory roles.

David is presently Chairman of Australia Post and the Defence Procurement Advisory Board.

He is a Director of Petsec Energy Limited, Adsteam Marine Limited, Macquarie Infrastructure Investment Management Limited, Leighton Holdings Limited and Sigma Pharmaceuticals.

He is also a Governor of the Australia Israel Chamber of Commerce and is on the Advisory Council of AGSM. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia. He is President of the Sydney University Football Club.
