Today, Breezway is based in Brisbane, Queensland and the company's louvre window systems under the Palmair™ and Attain™ brands are known throughout the world, with the business exporting to over fifty countries throughout Asia-Pacific, America, Europe and Africa.

As part of a highly structured leveraged MBO out of James Hardie Industries, Crescent Capital Partners was able to unlock and realise the intrinsic value of Breezway Australia for the benefit of Breezway’s shareholders including management and Crescent’s investors.

Trend Windows & Doors Pty Ltd is the third largest manufacturer of timber and aluminium windows under the brand names of Trend Windows, Framex Windows and Quantum Windows in Australia. Trend operates throughout Australia, employing around 500 people.

As part of a highly structured leveraged MBO out of James Hardie Industries, Crescent facilitated the break up of the Windows division and the subsequent sales of the Trend Windows & Doors business to management.

IDS Enterprise Systems

IDS develops software for supply chain management and e-business for the automotive industry. It’s products manage all aspects of the supply chain of a company, allowing supply based information to flow throughout the whole system from a single point of entry.

Their clients include MG Rover, Porsche, Inchcape, Mazda, Panasonic, Hino, Mitsubishi Trucks and Holden.

The company has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, London and Thailand.

Bluestone Group Pty Limited

Bluestone Group is a specialist provider of mortgage/finance to non-conforming or sub-prime borrowers. Bluestone’s typical borrowers include the self-employed, recent immigrants, the elderly, borrowers from minority groups, people that have an impaired credit record and those who cannot otherwise obtain a mortgage from traditional lenders such as banks and mainstream non-bank lenders.

Established in February 2000, Bluestone operates throughout Australia and New Zealand and is the leading non-conforming mortgage originator.

Crescent Capital Partners’ investment has funded the continued growth and development of Bluestone’s business.

Surf Hardware International

Surf Hardware International is a leading surf accessory company with offices in Australia, USA, Japan and Europe. It is the largest provider of fins and fin systems in the world. Its brands include FCS and Gorilla Grip. The company’s products include leg ropes, luggage, surf pads, surf car luggage racks, fins and fin systems.

Together with co-investment partner Macquarie Bank, Crescent Capital Partners investment facilitated the exit and retirement of 2 founding partners and the hire of a new CEO and senior management team to position the business for growth.
